Shipping Times

All EMOuO orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
We offer three shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on location)

• 3-Day Express Delivery

• 2-Day Express Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.

Please note:

• Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or PO Boxes.

• Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

• Weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed as it depends on each courier’s schedule.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow 1 business day for order processing before shipment.
While most express deliveries arrive within 2 business days, delivery times may vary based on courier and location.

Orders may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If your address is entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot guarantee it can be changed before dispatch.
Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you notice an error.

• We cannot refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

• If a package is returned to us, reshipping will incur a $10 fee.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will exclude the original shipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure you provide a secure and reliable delivery address.
EMOuO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered or left in a designated safe place.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
