Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once approved, we’ll share the return address and next steps.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by EMOuO.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first before contacting us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Sale & Gift Items

• Sale items are not eligible for refund.

• Gifted items: If your order was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.
  If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.

• If your order includes free promotional items, these must also be returned unused.
  If not returned, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

• For items valued over $100, we recommend using tracked or insured shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
